Contact Us/Feedback Form

This is a multilingual feedback form module. It displays a form for sending feedback to the site owner. You can use either PHP's internal mail function for delivery of the mail or you can define an SMTP server for sending the mail. The module is "multilingual" and includes language files for U.S. English and Spanish (Spain).The module sends text-only email, no HTML and no attachments.
